Anxiety and security threat

We’re living and working in anxious times.  The economy is recovering slowly, but house prices and rental property is London and the South East is at an all-time high.  Anxiety about our future and ability to gain some financial security are constantly gnawing away at our sense of well-being.  In addition, we are seeing the threat of international terrorism come closer to our own cities and towns and threaten to destabilize our lives even more.  Where do we turn at such times to talk about these anxieties and stresses?  How do we manage and carry on in the face of difficulties?

Having a safe space to talk through these concerns can help us put them into perspective.  We look at creative ways of working out what’s really important and how we can continue living a full and contented life despite uncertainty.
